02/03/2015 – Amazon

  • February 3, 2015
  • Amazon

Issued: 02/03/2015

Amazon.com, AMZN:

1. Our previous (Mon., Jan. 12) Amazon update indicated forecast the next important weekly bottom in Amazon.com was due the week of January 20 (+/-1 week). The forecast indicated that a weekly close above $285.00 would place the stock into a ‘Buy‘ position for a tradable multi-week advance to $306/$07 (or higher).

2. The week of Jan. 12 closed at $290.74 (above $285.00), indicating new long entry. Today, (Thurs., Jan. 22) Amazon completed the $306/$07 upside target (today session high, $306.45, so far) indicating final long position exit. This resulted in a successful trade of approx. 15 points.

3. Aggressive were instructed to hold any remaining position with a protective stop at $299.00, for the possibility of a trend following exit at higher prices.

4. In the last 3 trading days Amazon has since exploded to the upside, mmaking a session high today (Tues., Feb. 3) of $367.81 and prompting our final long position exit at $363, noted in today’s live meeting. This completes the trade. Will message any further entry or indication in Amazon.com.
