SUMMARY OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

IMPORTANT: The following constitutes a summary description of the cancellation and refund policies of PageTrader, ltd. (“PageTrader”) for members of the public who are considering becoming customers of PageTrader. (A) This summary description is provided for convenience only. It is not a contract, and is not intended to constitute or contain contractual terms or conditions that are binding upon PageTrader or its customers. If you decide to become a customer of PageTrader, this summary description does not become part of your agreement with PageTrader. To the extent, if any, that the terms and conditions of PageTrader’s agreement conflict with or are different from this summary description, the terms and conditions of PageTrader’s agreement shall control in every instance. (B) This summary description is not intended to constitute an inducement to any person or entity to become a customer of PageTrader or otherwise contract with PageTrader. (C) This summary description is not a complete statement of all of PageTrader’s policies or the terms and conditions of the agreement you must accept as part of becoming a customer of PageTrader. (D) If you decide to become a customer of PageTrader, you should only do so after reading and understanding all the terms of the agreement you must accept as part of becoming a customer. This summary description is not a substitute for reading and understanding the terms of that agreement.

1. Williams Edge™ and Live Messenger™ Customers.

A. If you choose to become a customer of PageTrader’s subscription-based services, including PageTrader’s Williams Edge™ or Live Messenger™ products, the duration of the period which you are entitled to receive those Products will be defined in PageTrader’s agreement covering your subscription for each such service. While you may choose before the end of any subscription period to cancel your subscription for any successive periods in the future, you may not cancel your current subscription period. No part of your Subscription and License Fee is refundable for any reason, except in the event that PageTrader remains unable to conduct Williams Edge webinars for more than six (6) consecutive months, you will be entitled to a pro rata refund of your Subscription and License Fee as further provided in PageTrader’s agreement covering your subscription. B. NOTICE: For credit card customers, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period and PageTrader will submit recurring charges on your credit card.

2. Group or Individual Training Services. If you choose to become a customer of PageTrader’s group or individual training services, you may cancel your agreement with PageTrader covering such training services provided that you do so in writing received by PageTrader more than 30 days before the initial date scheduled for commencement of the training, for a full refund of all amounts you have paid towards PageTrader’s Training and License Fee for such training. All amounts you have paid towards PageTrader’s Training and License Fee becomes non-refundable 30 days before the initial date scheduled for commencement of the training.
